Residential Courses 2023

All the classes will use seasonal material.

SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS
As the classes are of mixed ability, I will discuss with individual students their tailor made requirements. We will of course study the special designs of the Ohara School and follow their curriculum.

Please note:
The cost of a two day course is £230.

If you require a single day of tuition, please apply for the Non-Residential Programme.

All courses are held in a purpose built studio. Each day starts at 10.00am and finishes at 3.30pm.

Please bring your scissors and secateurs.

The cost of the course includes:

- All flowers and plant materials - there are opportunities to cut your own materials from within the grounds.

- Handouts on the course work.

- Morning coffee/tea will be available throughout the day. A light lunch will be available in the main house. Tea and home baked cakes in the afternoon will be served in the studio at the end of the day, with a question and answer session.

- The use of Japanese containers and kenzans.

Moon containers, kenzans, hasami and some Japanese ceramics are available to purchase if you wish.

A non-returnable Deposit of £50 per person is required to secure a course place.  This is non-returnable if a cancellation of less than one calender month's notice is given before the 1st day of the course.  The full cost of the course is payable on the 1st morning of the course.

The cost of accommodation, breakfast and evening meal is not included in the course fee. B & B is £40 per person per night

When booking, please state if vegetarian or if you have any other dietary requirements.
